My Family

Mark Horsley grew up in Sonora, California and has been drilling water wells since he was a teenager. In 1977, he went to work for Canepa and Sons Well Services. He worked for the company until 1993 when he relocated his family to North Idaho and started working for Hester Well Drilling. In seven years, Mark completed almost 500 wells with the company. He then moved the family back to California in 2000 and returned to work for Canepa and Sons. In 2005, he had the opportunity to start Horsley Drilling here in North Idaho and made the final move back up north. Horsley Drilling has now completed over 2000  wells in the successful 18 years of being in business.

Charlene Horsley is the working secretary and book keeper for Horsley Drilling, Inc. Charlene and Mark have been married for more than 35 years and have three kids together, Steven, Zach and Alyssa. In Charlene's free time, she enjoys looking after her grandkids and works at Nails by Charlene as a nail technician.

Steven Horsley has been working with Mark since the launch of the company in 2005 and is a licensed well driller in the state of Idaho. Steven graduated from Calaveras High School in San Andreas, CA in 2004. He has twin girls. Steve has many hobbies that include team roping, snowmobile riding, fishing and hunting.

Zach Horsley has been working with Mark and Steven while finishing up high school and college since 2005. Zach graduated from Lakeland High School in 2007 and North Idaho College in 2011. He is also a licensed well driller in the state of Idaho. Zach is very involved in the Lakeland Wrestling program. He has served as head coach of the club and assistant coach at Lakeland High School. In 2015 Zach married his wife Courtney and have two  boys.

Alyssa Horsley-Broglio graduated from Lakeland High School in 2009 and attended Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy. She has been a licensed cosmetologist in Idaho since 2010. Alyssa owns her own business - Luxe Lashes and Training. She specializes in eyelash extensions and education as well as her own lash product line.  In 2018, Alyssa married Mark Broglio and they have two children.
